Editing Question Prompt

Steps:Prerequisites:

• OpenYou are authorized in the Redouble AI system
• You have a project open with at least one question
• Click the three-dot "Document options" button on the right side of the heading

This menu contains all settings and actions for managing a specific question. The menu is divided into several sections:

Iterative analysis

• InType: Checkbox
• Purpose: Enables step-by-step document analysis for deeper research
• Default: Disabled

Accept

• Type: Checkbox
• Purpose: Automatically accepts the openedgenerated menu,answer without manual confirmation
• Default: Disabled

Prompt Display

• Shows the current research prompt text
• Displayed in a gray text block
• Example: "find the sections in documents that mention healthcare and explain them one by one."Question

Edit Prompt Button

• Allows you to modify the prompt text
• When the prompt is changed, the next regeneration will use the new text
• Click to open the prompt editor

Steps to edit:

1. Click "Edit Prompt" button
2. Make necessary changes to the prompt text
3. Save the changes

Result:

1. The question prompt is updated. The newupdated prompt will be used for the nextfuture answer regeneration.generations

Owner

• Displays the name of the user who created the question
• Example: Diana Ovsiuchenko
• Purpose: Track question authorship for collaboration and accountability

Last Updated

• Shows the date and time of the last update
• Format: MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 10/13/2025)
• Updates when:
  • Answer is regenerated
  • Prompt is edited
  • Options are changed
  • Manual edits are made to the answer

Generate Summary

• Type: Button/Link
• Purpose: Creates a brief summary of the full answer
• Use cases:
  • Quick review of key conclusions
  • Extracting main points from lengthy answers
  • Creating executive summaries for reports

How it works:

1. Click "Generate Summary"
2. System analyzes the full answer
3. Extracts key points and main conclusions
4. Presents a concise summary

5. Delete Question

• Purpose: Permanently deletes the question and all related data
